The best way to start estate planning is to call our office at 347-448-2549 and make an appointment.

For estate planning, you should have a list of your assets with approximate values and what other names and/or beneficiaries are on the assets. Also, you should have a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of those you want listed on any documents such as Wills or Trusts, etc. If you already have documents in place, you should bring a copy of those documents. You must also bring a photo ID.

You can expect a very personal consultation, customized to your particular needs. You will be receiving a wealth of information and choices that serve your best interest. Following the consultation, you will receive a letter summarizing all of the information you were given as well as drafts of any documents discussed.
