Probate and Administration of Estates

Whether a decedent had a Will in place or not, we assist Executors (when there is a Will) and Administrators (when there is no Will) with filing the necessary documents with the Surrogate’s Court to have them appointed as the fiduciary of the estate. This allows the Executor or Administrator to handle issues regarding the Estate, such as the collection of assets, payment of bills and distribution of assets to the Estate beneficiaries.
